O 助理建筑设计师 Junior Architect （包括实习助理建筑师 Including Intern Junior Architect）
任职地点：上海静安区
Location: Shanghai
岗位要求：
1.目标：在生活工作各方面对美感有很高标准，对细节完美非常执着
2.学历经验：大专及以上学历，建筑学或相关专业；有相关专业设计工作经验以及平面设计经验。
3.设计：有草图的表达和沟通能力
4.语言：具有基本的英语沟通能力，能与外籍设计师做基本交流
5.软件：熟练掌握OFFICE、 CAD、Photoshop、Sketch up、Rhino等常用软件
6.优选条件：有驾照
7.薪资面议：通过实习期考察签定正式工作合同。
对外籍助理建筑师的附加要求：
1. 思维：快速了解适应中国客户价值观和思考习惯
2. 兴趣：同时喜欢东方元素（以中国为主，包括日本、东南亚国家、印度的文化）和现代设计理念
3. 法规：能够快速学习适应中国的建筑基本法规。
4. 合同：如果通过实习期考察签定正式工作合同，需提供2年以上工作证明（劳工部规定）
岗位职责：
1、沟通：协助项目建筑师(project architect)与客户沟通设计要求，辅助汇报成果
2、设计：在总体构思下，完成子项或部分的方案设计
3、工作：分析项目，手绘和PPT展示设计，发展和验证设计用三维软件如SKETCHUP，RHINO,GRASSHOPPER，最终绘制设计图AUTOCAD
4、品质监督：合作并监督合作单位的设计，指导和监督现场建设品质
5、细节设计:节点分解设计, 调研材料性能、加工工艺、造价等相关资料
6、研究：收集城市和建筑资讯，得出领先的观点结论
Requirements:
1. Goal：Very high aesthetic standard in work and life, Very restrict to detail perfect.Design：Can express design with hand sketches.
2. Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture; Related design work experience
3. Software：Well-versed in Auto CAD , Photoshop, Sketch up, Office applications
4. Language: With basic English，can communicatewith foreign designers
5. Priority: drive license
6. Competitive wages above 5000 RMB, can sign formal work contract after passing evaluation of internship.
Additional requirements for foreigners：
7. Thought: Quikly study and adapt to thought habit of Chinese
client.
8. Interest: Be interested in oriental traditional elements
and modern design theory;
9. Code: Quikly study and adapt to local design code.
10. Contract：Provide 2 years work experience evidence if your want a formal contract after internship (Labour Bureau Code )
Responsibility:
1. Communication: Assist project architect to communicate design
requirements, Assist to make presentation to clients
2. Design: Design sub-project or part of a project on the main concept.
3. Work: Analysis project, make hand sketches and PPT to show ideas, develop
and check with 3D software such as Sketch-up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Draw them
with software like AutoCAD finally.
4. Quality Supervise: Cooperate with other design institutes and supervise
their works. Guide and supervise site construction.
5. Detail Design: Research material and product information, Design
details
6. Research: Collect urban and building information and research, make
leading view points
O 建筑设计师 Architect
任职地点：上海静安区
Location: Shanghai
岗位要求：
1. 对生活有追求；对设计充满热情，有责任感和团队合作精神；
2. 大学本科及以上学历，建筑学或相关专业；
3. 3年以上相关专业工作经验，能带教助理建筑师完成设计工作；
4. 熟悉项目设计流程，对项目前期的方案设计有较强的掌控能力；中期深化细部及节点的落实能力，后期现场协调并解决工程问题的经验；
5. 具有一定项目经验，有独立主持住区或小型公建设计的经验，及协调相关工种如景观、结构、设备等的能力；
6. 良好的语言和草图的表达和沟通能力、人际关系处理及陈述汇报能力；
7. 精通CAD、Photoshop、Sketch up、Office等常用软件；
8. 英语听、说、读、写良好，能与外籍员工交流；
9. 薪资面议。

O 建筑设计负责人 Master Architect
岗位要求：
1. 目标：沟通耐心，表达准确，协调能力强；对生活有追求；对设计充满热情，有责任感，有团队合作精神；
2. 专业：扎实的专业技术知识，精准掌握本专业各项规范，规程，专业与材料最新发展动态等；
3. 管理：带领团队完成项目施工图设计，控制专业内部施工图质量与进度，协调各专业之间事宜；
4. 学历经验：建筑学本科及以上学历，
5.工作经验： 5年及以上设计院独立完成商业、酒店中型或大型公建类项目施工图设计工作经验；有驾照；
岗位职责：
1. 完善，发展和深化公司主创及项目经理的构思与设计目标，解决设计过程中的技术问题，分析，提供多个备选方案，确定解决方向并实际落实；
2. 外部联系：收集整理设计依据，组织与把控提资节点及内容，解决工程现场技术部分问题，与甲方沟通并回复技术问题，与项目经理同步推进工程项目进展；
3. 内部管理：协调分配下级建筑师及助理等人员的工作计划，指导完成设计，统计结算工作的质与量；
4. 技术设计：组织完成重要图纸文件，如总图，总说明，标准里面，典型墙身详图，重要节点等内容；
5. 质量监督：审查规范，审阅把关各阶段设计成果，如图纸及文件等；现场跟踪指导，监督建设品质；
6. 归纳总结：对技术标准实时执行，反馈并建议，及时整理项目内资料。调研并汇总材料性能、加工工艺、造价等相关资料；
