商业室内设计师/项目经理 RETAIL INTERIOR DESIGNER/PROJECT MANAGER

职位和职责
汇报对象:项目绩效汇报给PIC及PM,项目设计汇报给设计负责人

工作职责:
•通过文档和管理阶段组织、开发和协调项目。
•参与与客户介绍、程序设计、空间规划、设计开发、施工文件制作、施工管理、采购材料、饰面和家具选择相关的项目活动。
•设计并向客户展示材料/色板。
•提升员工团队合作精神。
•协调并完成合同文件。

职位要求:
•了解室内建筑设计的各个阶段,能够在资深设计师的指导下,开发设计理念,制作文件,材料,并支持团队的汇报。
•能表现出超越公司职能范围的知识领域。
•评价和解决问题。
•建筑和室内设计有效结合,尽可能获得最佳工作经验。
•控制项目成本。

技术要求:
•3年以上大型国际建筑师事务所或室内设计公司的工作经验;
•有良好的设计意识,拥有国际视野的审美和设计水准,有过大型项目(侧重零售、酒店、商业综合体)的内部设计经验及施工经验;
•熟练运用SketchUp, AutoCAD,Photoshop, 3D Max等等其它设计软件;
•有良好的沟通能力,在严格的项目计划中,有组织有能力同时处理多个任务;
•在教育和工作经历中具有海外背景(双语优先考虑),正在国内工作者优先考虑。

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to:
Principal in Charge(PIC) and PM for project performance and Design Principal for project design

Responsibilities Owned:
•Organizes, develops and coordinates projects through documentation and administration phases.
•Participates in project activities relating to client presentations, programming, space planning, design development, production of construction documents, construction administration sourcing materials, finishes and furniture selections.
•Designs and presents materials/color boards to clients.
•Promotes the spirit of team cooperation among staff.
•Coordinates and completes contract documents.

Expectation
:
•Contributes to company-wide efforts to control and minimize costs.
•Understands the process of interior architectural design in all its phases and is able to work with the guidance of a Sr. Designer to develop design concepts, produce documents, source materials and support the team in client presentations
•Demonstrates knowledge that extends across company functions
•Evaluates and solves problems
•Work in both architecture design and interior design to gain the best possible experience

Requirements:
•At least 3 years working experience in Major International Architect Firms or Interior Design Firms;
•Good sense in design, and has experience in retails、hotels、Mixed-use’s interior design;
•Skilled in using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and other design software.
•Good communication skill with an outgoing, warm and cheerful personality. Confident and positive in front of all kind of conditions especially with tight project schedules. Well organized, and has the ability of dealing with multi tasks;

Responsibilities Owned:
•Generate and manage development of architectural design and project drawings
•Perform leadership role on major projects
•Develop design intent and goals for successful implementation
•Guide and manage project design team and activities, including consultants (co-owned with Design Principal)
•Keep a phase of a project on schedule
•Interface/ coordinate interior design, site planning, and engineering to develop and execute architectural design concepts

Expectation:
•Works with PIC on proposals / budget development
•Mentors design staff
•Provides design guidance to project staff
•Completes performance reviews for design project staff
•Is responsible for design budget and schedule
•Maintains and nurtures direct contact with clients

Requirements:
•Have strong design ability, good drawing and presentation skills;
•Demonstrated general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related
engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes
•Experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design good development, and construction documents and supporting materials is preferable
•Good communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the highest standard of professional ethics.
•Proficient in writing and speaking of both Chinese and English;
•Candidates with excellent English communication skills and oversea experiences will be given priority.

项目建筑师 PROJECT ARCHITECT

工作职责:
•负责项目的设计及作品,实现项目交付
•通过施工文件流程指导设计团队
•核查规范要求,与顾问/承包商协调并开发施工细节
•理解设计意图和目标以使项目成功实施
•协调设计规范的实施
•在项目的设计控制/施工管理阶段予以协助
•维护公司范围内的文件程序和标准
•支持项目管理的人员配置、费用估算和进度安排

•协助项目经理制定提案/预算
•协助项目经理进行项目状态更新
•为项目人员提供技术指导
•协助项目人员的绩效评估反馈

Responsibilities Owned:
•Handle technical and production aspects of projects, and implement project delivery
•Guide design team through the construction documentation process
•Coordinate with consultants/contractors and develop construction details
•Understand design intent and goals for successful implementation
•Coordinate the production of project specifications
•Assist in the design control/construction administration phase of the projects
•Maintain firm-wide documentation procedures and standards
•Support project management in staffing, fee estimating, and scheduling

Expectation:
•Assists Project Manager with proposals / budget development
•Assists Project Manager with project status updates
•Provides technical guidance to project staff
•Assists in performance review feedback for project staff
•Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex technical problems solving.
•Work in both architecture design and interior design to gain the best possible experience;

Requirements:
•Skilled in using design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.;
•Good communication skills and teamwork spirit with internal teams and external clients;

建筑实习生 ARCHITECTURAL INTERN

职位和职责
汇报对象:项目经理,项目建筑师或建筑设计师

职位要求:
•建筑学或相关专业在读本科及以上
•熟练掌握AutoCAD,具备良好的二维图纸表达能力Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign以及三维空间建模能力3DMax, Rhino, Grasshopper(请您在简历中注明您掌握的软件名称)
•强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力
•实习期3个月以上,6个月及以上更佳

岗位职责:
•为项目设计过程提供支持
•准备建筑图和效果图
•完成项目分配的工作并协助其他人完成设计图
•编制资料并完成设计计算
•协调个人项目工作的各个方面,努力达到成功完成所交代的任务

其他:
回复以及理解被分配的任务及工作
协助PM/PA完成项目任务

Reports to: Project Manager, Project Architect, or Architectural Technician

Responsibilities Owned:
•Support the project design process for projects
•Prepare architectural plans and renderings
•Perform architectural assignments and works from designs of others
•Compile data and perform design computations
•Coordinate all aspects of personal project work towards successful completion

Expectation:
•Reviews and understands assignment and tasks
•Assists PM/PA with project assignments

Requirements:
•Student hold a Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related fields, or pursuing such degrees at the time
•Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Rhino, Grasshopper, 3Dmax or other applications
•Good sense of responsibility and teamwork
•A minimum of 3 months. 6 months or more is preferred
