Founded in Chengdu in 2003, RSIII is a practitioner of retail design in China with more than 50,000 cases of retail store design.

O 资深商业空间设计师 EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL SPACE DESIGNER
工作职责
独立设计开发商业零售终端的设计工作，包括概念、设计方案、效果图等；对设计有自己的想法和理解，勇于审视自己；善于用视觉表达想法。
你的条件
-三年或以上商业空间设计工作经验，有零售终端设计经验者更优；
-突出的设计理念理解能力，有把控整体设计思路与调性方向的能力，布局功能合理而不拘一格，对设计表达的呈现结果有一定预判能力；
-出色的审美品位和美学素养，对设计富有激情和专注力；
-熟练使用SketchUp（必备）、AutoCAD、3D Max等空间设计软件；
-能独立负责项目设计，熟悉施工节点、装饰材料性能、特殊工艺、后期加工等知识；
-出色的沟通协调能力和高效抗压的项目执行能力，责任感强，富有团队合作精神。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design project of any commercial spaces, including concept, schematic and further design and renderings. Be skilled in visually experssing your own ideas and understanding of design.
QUALIFICATIONS：
-At least three years of working experience of commercial space design are required; experiences in retail store design are preferable;
-Strong design skills, an excellent thinker, able to develop and detailized design to construction stage preferred;
-Excellent aesthetic literacy, passion and delication to design;
-Highly proficient with SketchUp(mandatory), AutoCAD, 3DMax;
-Able to complete projects in schematic and further stage independently, and willing to experiment with new materials, rich experience on site is preferable;
-Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
O 资深平面设计师 EXPERIENCED GRAPHIC DESIGNER
工作职责
配合空间设计完成（零售）终端的平面物料，包括品牌宣传物料、文化物料、产品标签及店铺SI规范手册等。
你的条件
-热爱设计，具备成熟的视觉表现手段及制作执行的经验，对艺术概念、平面构成、立体构成和色彩构成具备高度把控能力；
-精通使用Photoshop、CorelDraw、Illustrator、Indesign等平面设计软件，熟悉并掌握SketchUp或多媒体相关软件者更优；
-中英文排版能力强，熟悉各类印刷制作工艺；
-对平面设计物料在空间中的呈现效果有一定的预判能力，具有建筑设计、室内设计公司工作经验者更优；
-较强的沟通和团队协作能力，具备多任务平面设计项目同时作业的能力。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the graphic design for any interior (retail store) design project, including but limited to brand culture materials, product labels, and SI specification manual.
QUALIFICATIONS：
-Strong graphic design skills and good sense of visual, structure and color application;
-Highly proficient with Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Indesign; Proficient with SketchUp is preferable;
-Strong typesetting ability and familiar with all kinds of printing technology;
-Able to develop and detailized graphic design on site preferred, experiences in architecuture or interior design companies are preferable;
-Good sense of teamwork and multi-task ability.
O 施工图项目经理 EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION DRAWING DESIGNER
工作职责
协助配合空间主案设计师完成全套施工图绘制；参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；协助配合在各项材料及项目进度上跟进。
你的条件
-建筑、环艺、室内设计等相关专业学历背景，至少3年以上建筑设计或装饰施工图绘制经验；
-精通AutoCAD及SketchUp软件，熟练工程设计标准和各项要求，能独立完成项目施工图工作；
-熟悉施工图制作流程，能够把控不同空间尺度及常用采用工艺；施工经验丰富，了解材料及设计概算方面的知识；
-出色的理解和沟通能力，团队协作及解决问题的能力；
-较强的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受较大工作压力。

-Good sense of problem solving and teamwork.
-Highly responsible and can work under pressure.

你的条件
-1年以上建筑设计或装饰施工图绘制经验；
-熟练掌握AutoCAD及SketchUp软件；
-熟悉施工图绘制规范和要求；
-较强的理解和沟通能力，勤奋踏实，良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance on construction drawing design and on-site supervision for any interior design (retail store) project.
QUALIFICATIONS：
-1 year working experience of construction drawing design or architecutre design;
