繁境建筑 | UrbanPlot
UrbanPlot （简称UP)，2017年在香港成立，并在上海成立了上海办公室。创始人曾在美国留学及长期工作，并在顶尖大型设计公司担任副总裁及主创。在其二十多年的职业生涯中，主笔了中国及美国众多建成的著名大型商业综合体项目，涵盖了集中式商业，街区式商业，超高层塔楼，超甲级办公，高端酒店，公寓等类型，并获得众多国内外设计奖项及媒体报导。
在全球经济发展背景下，UrbanPlot关注城市对人们生活方式的影响，藉由建筑语汇讲述繁杂城市生活之下隐藏的动人故事。UrbanPlot探索都市建筑与建筑之间的空间来打造特殊场景，并以城市中人们生活经验、场景作为故事设计线索，结合当地传统文化，通过体验性场所设计营造一个充满艺术氛围、前瞻思考、绿色生态，并与在地文化相关联的都市人居空间。

李筌浤 | Quanhong Li – 合伙人 Partner / 设计总裁 Design President
教育背景：德州大学奥斯汀分校 – 建筑学硕士；西安建筑科技大学 – 建筑学学士
代表作品：厦门万象城、成都银泰中心、成都万象城二期、长沙梅溪湖金茂广场、长沙楷林中心、深圳壹方城、深圳九方城、上海西虹桥联美综合体、上海佳兆业金融中心，苏州园区协鑫广场、苏州高铁新城吾悦A+旗舰、南京江北虹悦城、沈阳佳兆业中心等。
李筌浤先生具有二十多年资深经验，专注于商业综合体、超高层塔楼、酒店、零售等公建项目，此前曾在CALLISONRTKL等国际知名建筑事务所担任副总裁及设计负责人。李先生善于积累经验并应用于多元化的项目中，所主导的项目曾在国内外屡获大奖。
何敏 | Min He – 副总裁 Vice President
教育背景：美国南加州大学 – 建筑学硕士；同济大学 – 建筑学学士
代表作品：成都银泰中心、南京江北虹悦城商业综合体、上海佳兆业金融中心、长沙佳兆业广场、苏州协鑫广场、福清喜来登酒店、福州万象城、瑞安新湖广场、南京江北G33商业综合体等。
何敏女士有着多年海内外建筑设计以及管理经验，CALLISONRTKL工作期间曾担任各类商业综合体、高端酒店、办公、绿色建筑等类型项目的设计和管理工作，具有丰富的商业建筑，尤其是高星级酒店的设计经验。
Hyunjin Im – 资深设计总监 Design Dierctor
教育背景：德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 – 建筑学硕士；韩国庆熙大学 – 建筑学学士、建筑学硕士
代表作品：上海合生汇五角场商业综合体、上海悦达889商业综合体、长沙步步高商业综合体、特朗普大厦、四季酒店、乐天大厦、三星大厦三期等。
Hyunjin先生曾在凯里森、SOM、NBBJ等多家国际顶尖建筑事务所担任设计工作，二十多年的工作经历使其作品在中国、美国、韩国等地均屡获殊荣。作为UrbanPlot设计团队的设计总监，多元化的背景下，他对于不同地域文化有着敏锐的观察力，并能在每个项目中体现其独特性。

TOD as the catalyst to create new building typology: 24 hours active & zero distance urban transfer center as well as urban living room & cultural districts, to provide the city and surrounding environment completed pedestrian connections.

Create an ideal urban habitat & destination: an urban heaven for people to escape, stay and explore. From highland park, 3d shanshui, urban resort to botanic experience center … all kinds of urban oasis full of art, landscape, sports to host education, leisure and entertainment activities.

我们希望发展出一种与建筑场地和当地文化有关联的形式来标记大地和天空。灵感往往来源于特定场地的背景：当地的气候、地质特征、文化遗产、城市邻里关系、自然资源等。
Develop a form that has connection to it’s site & local culture to mark the earth and sky. Inspiration often draw from site specific contextual background: local temperature, geological character, cultural heritage, urban neighborhood，natural resources.

O 资深项目建筑设计师 | Senior Project Architect
职位要求：
1. 拥有九年以上大型商业、酒店和办公类项目的相关经验，具有较强的设计和项目管理能力；
2. 具备出色的方案/幕墙细节设计能力；较强的技术沟通能力，能协调顾问单位、设计院各专业，对规范熟悉，了解项目消防落地的要求。较强的综合设计能力。
3. 具备管理和协调设计团队的经验。
4. 流利的中英文口语及书面写作。
Requirements:
1. At least 9 years relevant experience for large commercial, hotel and office projects with strong design and project management capabilities;
2. Excellent concept design or curtain wall design ability. Strong in technical communication ability, can coordinate consultants, disciplines of LDI. Familiar with codes and demands of fire & fall to grand. Strong in integrated design ability.
3. Experience in managing and coordinating design teams.
4. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
O 高级建筑设计师 | Senior Architectural Designer
职位要求：
1. 拥有六年以上公共建筑，尤其是综合体、商业、酒店和办公类项目的工作经验；
2. 具备出色概念设计或方案设计能力;
3. 具备良好的团队管理经验和能力，以及和其他设计顾问的协调能力；
4. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD/Revit/BIM等绘图软件；
5. 流利的中英文口语及书面写作。
6. 经验相对较少的候选人或被予以建筑设计师职位。
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 years relevant experience in mixed-use, retail, hotel and office projects;
2. Strong in conceptual and schematic design;
3. Excellent skills and experience in communication and team management; capable of coordinating with other design consultants;
4. Proficient use of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM and rendering software and other graphic software;
5. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
6. Candidate with less experience may be considered the position of Architectural Designer.
O 建筑设计师 | Architectural Designer
职位要求：

职位要求：
1. 拥有一年以上在公共建筑，尤其是综合体、商业、酒店和办公类项目的工作经验；
2. 能够与客户和项目组紧密合作；
3. 熟练运用CAD、Photoshop、V-Ray、Revit/BIM 和 Rhino Grasshopper等工作软件；
